  • Beginning at an iron pin at the low water mark on the west side of the Kentucky River, pin being approximately 194 feet from the center of the branch that empties into the river at the foot of the Devil's Hollow Road.  Then running in a Southerly direction approximately 80 feet to an iron pin.  Then in a westerly direction approximately 52 feet 6 inches to an iron pin in the eastern boundary of Taylor Avenue.  Then with Eastern right of way of Taylor Avenue in a northerly direction approximately 80 feet to an iron pin.  Thence in an easterly direction approximately 55 feet 7 inches to the point of beginning.  
  • Tract No. 2:  Beginning at an iron pin in western boundary of Taylor Avenue (said pin being approximately 24 feet 9 inches from southeast center of Yount's Mill).  Thence running in a southerly direction approximately 80 feet with western boundary of Taylor Avenue to an iron pin.  Thence in a westerly direction approximately 242 feet 5 inches to an iron pin in the east boundary of Devil's Hollow Road.  Thence with the eastern boundary of said road in a northerly direction approximately 80 feet to an iron pin.  Thence in an easterly direction approximately 209 feet to the point of beginning.
