  •  Being Lot No. 67 in Block A of Unit 1 College Park Subdivision as the same appears upon a map or plat of record in Deed Book 179 at page 296 in the Office of the Clerk of the Franklin County Court, and upon an amended plat of record in Deed Book 181 at page 384 in the office aforesaid. 
  •  Being the same property conveyed to William L. Dixon and Ruby F. Dixon, his wife, by Deed dated May 10, 1965, and recorded in Deed Book 192, Page 178, in the Office of the Clerk of Franklin County, Kentucky.  William L. Dixon died on or about February 4, 1991, and by virtue of the survivorship clause contained in the aforementioned Deed, fee simple title vested in Ruby F. Dixon.  See also Franklin District/Probate Case No. 91-P-00065, and The Joint and Mutual Last Wills and Testaments of William L. Dixon and Ruby F. Dixon recorded in Will Admitted Book 33, Page 172, in the Clerk's office aforesaid.  Ruby F. Dixon died testate January 4, 1997, bequeathing said property to devisees Robert H. Dixon and William L. Dixon, IV, as shown in the Last Will and Testament of Ruby F. Dixon recorded in Will Admitted Book 40, Page 431, in the Clerk's office aforesaid.  See also Franklin District/Probate Case No. 97-P-00007.  William L. Dixon, IV died intestate on September 11, 1997.  Gary L. Rohrer was appointed Administrator of the Estate of William L. Dixon, IV, by order of Franklin District Probate Court, Case No. 00-P-00127, on April 17, 2000.  The Affidavit of Descent was recorded in Deed Book 447, Page 719, in the Clerk's office aforesaid.
