Finnie by deed bearing date of March 2, 1950, to which reference is made for more particular description of said parcel hereby excepted; and, so far as the 30 acres, more or less, hereby conveyed may be affected, this deed is further made subject to the rights-of-way and other rights granted by said Mrs. Ernest Ueltschi to Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, by writing dated May 23, 1930, recorded in Deed Book 78, page 31, of the same office, to the rights-of-way and other rights granted by her to Kentucky Tennessee Light & Power Company, by writing dated March 25, 1935, recorded in Deed Book 82, page 329, of the same office, to any other easements existing over same, and so far as it may be in effect to the oil and gas lease granted to W. R. Jillson dated March 30, 1946, recorded in Deed Book 106, page 521, of the same office, hereby transferring any benefits to Lessors under said lease.
