TRACT I: That certain house and lot in Franklin County, Kentucky, being all of Lot No. 18 and the western ½ of Lot No. 19, of the Hillcrest Subdivision to the City of Frankfort, Kentucky, as shown on the plat recorded in Deed Book 129, page 485, in the Franklin County Clerk’s Office to which map or plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed.  

TRACT II:  A perpetual easement and right of way for purposes of ingress and egress to Lot No. 18 and the western ½ of Lot No. 19 of the Hillcrest Subdivision over and across the property hereinafter described.  

That portion of the northeast corner of Lot No. 17 of the Hillcrest Subdivision as shown on the map or plat of said of record in Deed book 129, page 485, Franklin County Clerk's Office, upon which now exists the bituminous driveway leading to Lot No. 18 and the western ½ of Lot No. 19 of Hillcrest Subdivision to the City of Frankfort, Kentucky, the same measuring 8.5 feet on Allnutt Drive and extending along the northern boundary of said Lot No. 17 a distance of 31 feet as shown on a map or plat of the same easement, recorded in Deed Book 213, page 203, in the Franklin County Clerk's Office.  

Being the same property conveyed to Walter L. Slayden and Effie Pauline Slayden, his wife, from Investors Heritage Life Insurance Company, a corporation, by Deed dated November 26, 1968, of record in Deed Book 219, Page 339, in the Office of the Franklin County Clerk.  Effie Pauline French (formerly Slayden), single, conveyed all of her right, title and interest in said property to Walter L. Slayden, single, by Deed dated July 19, 1985, recorded August 7, 1985, in Deed Book 334, Page 263, in the Office of the Franklin County Clerk.

Tract No. 2: Beginning at a point on the West side of Elkhorn Drive in Norwood Subdivision 25 feet South of the Southeast corner of Lot No. 3 in Block “C” of said Norwood Subdivision, and running thence in a westerly direction 150 feet to a point; thence at right angles and in a southerly direction 25 feet to a point; thence at right angles and with the line of No. 5 in an easterly direction 150 feet to Elkhorn Drive; thence at right angles and with the West line of Elkhorn Drive 25 feet to the point of beginning.  Being the South one-half of Lot No. 4 in Block “C” of Norwood Subdivision, said lot fronting 25 feet on the West side of Elkhorn Drive and running back that width to a depth of 150 feet.  Reference is hereby made to a plat of Norwood Subdivision of record in the Franklin County Clerk’s office in Deed Book 89, Page 115, for a more particular description of said lot.

Being the same property conveyed to James W. Johnson and Lillie B. Johnson, his wife, from Marcus Blakemore and Lucy H. Blakemore, his wife, and Marcus Blakemore, Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Julia Blakemore Marrs, deceased, by joint survivorship deed dated October 4, 1982, recorded October 5, 1982, in Deed Book 316, Page 258, Franklin County Clerk’s Office.  James W. Johnson died in 1996 thereby vesting sole title in the property to Lillie B. Johnson pursuant to the survivorship provisions of the deed.  Lillie B. Johnson died testate on June 18, 2004, a resident of Franklin County, Kentucky as evidenced by her Will recorded June 9, 2014, of record in Will Book 62, Page 198.  By virtue of the terms of her Will she devised all of her property to her daughter Barbara A. Moore and grandson, Jerry Allen Lay.

Being the same property conveyed to Patricia Steele and Ronald Steele, her husband, from Zella Eastman, widow, by Deed dated September 9, 1968, and recorded in Deed Book 217, Page 455, in the Office of the Franklin County Clerk.  Ronald Steele died on May 1, 2002.
